Ceramic heating lamp element structure: ceramic electric heating plate is made of glaze layer with high radiation rate, ceramic base with good thermal shock performance, and high quality electric heating wire sintered at a time. Their composition is as follows:
1. Matrix: composed of ceramic materials with good thermal shock;
2. Pyrogenicity: made of high quality nickel chromium alloy wire;
3. Glaze layer: it is composed of metal oxide raw materials with good far-away radiation performance, and appropriate additives are added to improve the radiation intensity and enhance the adaptability of the glaze.
